As a consultant at Strategy Alliance, you will work in two key areas that significantly contribute to the digital transformation of our clients:

• Strategy Consulting:  Support companies in developing and implementing forward-looking business models. You will help them address the challenges of digitalization and establish sustainable growth strategies.
• AI Consulting:Develop innovative solutions in the field of Artificial Intelligence. You will enable companies to leverage AI effectively to optimize processes and unlock new business opportunities.

Your Profile

You bring solid experience in strategy consulting or artificial intelligence and are characterized by entrepreneurial thinking and a high degree of personal responsibility. Ideally, you meet the following criteria:

• A successfully completed university degree and at least 5 years of relevant professional experience at leading top management consultancies or in industry, specifically in the fields of strategy or AI
• Proven functional expertise and in-depth industry knowledge
• Strong leadership skills with experience in leading and developing teams, as well as the ability to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Outstanding analytical and conceptual abilities, strong problem-solving skills, and a spirit of innovation
• Excellent communication skills in both German and English
• A committed team player and networker
• High degree of flexibility and willingness to travel
